Read off the books themselves
Every figure and every quotation in the apparatus sections is read off the printed book, not quoted from memory. That covers the New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures—With References (1984) — its Foreword, its Introduction with the manuscript-sigla chart and the J1–J27 list, all 43 appendix articles, and both concordances — and in particular Appendix 1D for the 237 occurrences of the divine name in the Christian Greek Scriptures, the 1 Corinthians 7:17 admission, and the 72 footnote-only places.
The same applies to the Kingdom Interlinear Translation, Rotherham, Byington, the American Standard Version and the King James, all of which were consulted directly rather than described from secondary sources. Those are the boxes drawn in green.
