The British line
Two Bibles that the chart used to leave out entirely, and that were the Bible for a whole generation of British churchgoers.
England, Wales and Scotland are not simply a market for American Bibles.

New English Bible
A clean break. Sponsored by the Church of Scotland with the Anglicans, Methodists and Baptists, and expressly not a revision of the King James — the first church-sponsored British Bible that was not.
Moffatt had started from nothing too, but on his own; this was a church-backed committee deciding that the Tyndale line had run its course. Literary, occasionally eccentric, and enormous in British schools and pulpits.
On the diagram it comes off the 1900–1969 junction rather than out of the King James line, which is the whole point of it.
Revised English Bible
The NEB revised into something less mannered and more readable aloud — this time with Roman Catholic participation, which the NEB had not had.
One of several places on this chart where the two traditions stop being separate branches: the REB in 1989, the Canadian lectionary on the NRSV, and the ESV Catholic Edition in England and Wales are all the same phenomenon at different dates.
